What we collect

We collect the information you give us directly, such as your name, work email, and company name when you create a workspace, along with the data you choose to connect to WiredCache in order to build and run workflows ("Customer Data"). We also collect basic usage information, like which features are used, to help us improve the product.

How we use it

Account information is used to operate your workspace, send service updates, and provide support. Customer Data is processed only to run the workflows you configure, and is not used to train shared models or shared with other customers. We do not sell personal information.

Who can see your data

Access to Customer Data is limited to the systems that run your workflows and, when you invite them, members of your own workspace. Our team accesses Customer Data only when necessary to provide support you've requested, or to investigate a technical issue.

Sub-processors

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to host the service, such as cloud hosting and email delivery. A list of current sub-processors is available on request by emailing security@wiredcache.com.

Data processing agreements & regional rights

If your company needs a signed Data Processing Agreement for GDPR or a similar requirement, email security@wiredcache.com and we'll send one over. If you're located in the EU, UK, or a U.S. state with its own privacy law, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information beyond what's described here. Reach out and we'll honor them.

Data retention

Customer Data is retained for as long as your workspace is active. If you cancel, Customer Data is retained for 30 days to allow export or reactivation, then permanently deleted from production systems.

Your choices

You can access, export, or delete your account data at any time from workspace settings, or by emailing hello@wiredcache.com. You can also manage cookie preferences from the link in our footer.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and daily backups to protect information in the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we treat this seriously despite being a small team.
